In a particular case in the Ace Attorney series, a judge looks at a profile of Larry and asks, "Who is this useless-looking young man?" At first glance, this might actually seem like a fairly accurate representation of Larry, but if you dig a bit deeper, you'll realize that Larry Butz is actually a worthwhile, well-meaning guy. He's not too bad of a friend either, if you're looking for someone who will stand up for you, no matter what the danger is.
