Knowing that Phoenix was going to be okay really boosted his morale as he traveled the rest of the way to Cherrygrove.]
Awwwright, mission accomplished! Me and Nia made it over safely, and she met up with her friend. It was a teary sight, not gonna lie! So now that they're off, I decided to head over to Cherrygrove for some other business before going back to Violet, but I uh... [There's a pause.] Kind of got lost during the night, even though I've been in this area like three times already.
... Don't judge me.
[There's some more awkward silence before Larry speaks again.]
A-Anyway! I'm gonna be coming back to Violet soon. You'd better be better by the time I get back, Nick!

Oh...alright then. [Iris knows in her heart of hearts that Larry couldn't have "overheard" that information. It was not common knowledge and not something Larry could overhear from anyone, least of all her. But she decides to let it slide for now. She trusts Larry and if it was something she didn't need to know than so be it.]
So, how long do you want to linger in Cherrygrove? I wouldn't mind moving on soon, but if you think Cherrygrove would be the best place for your portrait...
