Hey, sorry I took forever. You still around? I'm a ways outside Cherrygrove.

[The feed opens up to a cheery Larry, who...looks like he's holding on to his Drifblim with his other arm. Did he just use Drifblim to float to the outskirts of Cherrygrove? Yes. Yes he did.

Knowing that Phoenix was going to be okay really boosted his morale as he traveled the rest of the way to Cherrygrove.]

Awwwright, mission accomplished! Me and Nia made it over safely, and she met up with her friend. It was a teary sight, not gonna lie! So now that they're off, I decided to head over to Cherrygrove for some other business before going back to Violet, but I uh... [There's a pause.] Kind of got lost during the night, even though I've been in this area like three times already.

... Don't judge me.

[There's some more awkward silence before Larry speaks again.]

A-Anyway! I'm gonna be coming back to Violet soon. You'd better be better by the time I get back, Nick!

... That was a joke, of course.

_{[Iris nods and hurries towards the entrance to Cherrygrove, eager to meet Larry face to face and to start the journey to Violet.]}}

[Larry smiles softly, if not sadly.] Yeah, I guess friends'll always worry for each other.

[Moments later, Larry also arrives (with Drifblim in tow) at the entrance, looking around for Iris.]

_{[Iris spots Larry easily. She's seen his face enough times on video before and the Drifblim at his side causes him stand out rather well. With Bikini trotting at her side, Iris gives a wide smile and runs to Larry's side, pulling him into a hug.]}

Iri--?

[Suddenly hugs, hugs everywhere. He blinks in shock before eventually returning the hug. He can't stop grinning, and doesn't want to let go!]

Good to see you, Iris.

_{[Iris raises her head from where it had situated itself on Larry's shoulder and a bright blush colors her cheeks.]}

I'm sorry. I hope this isn't too forward of me. It's just that, I feel like I know you so well already.

[That grin is permanently frozen on his face.]

Nah, you're fine! 'sides, I'm glad to hear that since I knew so much about you from the get-go.

I'm glad you feel that way! _{[Iris' smile has yet to leave her face as well.]}

It's so nice to see you in person. I've had to save this hug for a very long time!

W-What do you know about me? _{[Iris is interested to see just how much Larry knows, especially because she had no idea what sort of relationship they would have in the future.]}

[Larry can't help but laugh.] It was totally worth the wait though.

[He pauses for a moment. Of course he's not going to admit to a few things that went down but...] Nothing that everyone here doesn't already know. I just knew about you and Nick...and Dahlia, of course.

I-It was? _{[Iris looks surprised and a little shocked but then she smiles.]} I'm glad. I don't have much experience hugging people so I'm glad it was satisfactory..._{[She blushes.]}

I...I see. Larry, pardon my forwardness but...just what sort of relationship did we have...in my future? There are very few people who know about Feenie and I...and about my sister.

Hah, you did just fine. I really needed that too.

[He really doesn't want to frighten her by saying, "you were arrested and you confessed to it in court."]

_{[Iris' face falls a little.]} I think many people will need hugs after what's happened.

Oh...alright then. _{[Iris knows in her heart of hearts that Larry couldn't have "overheard" that information. It was not common knowledge and not something Larry could overhear from anyone, least of all her. But she decides to let it slide for now. She trusts Larry and if it was something she didn't need to know than so be it.]}

So, how long do you want to linger in Cherrygrove? I wouldn't mind moving on soon, but if you think Cherrygrove would be the best place for your portrait...

[The portrait. The portrait.] Ah crap! I totally forgot to bring my paints and stuff! Guess we'll have to do it in Violet. Which is totally fine, 'cause I already know the best spots.

[A pause.] So I guess that means yeah, we should probably get a move on.
