This is, by far, the most extreme reaction he has received. Why is he surprised, at this point?

I didn't go outside the colony; actually, I was sent back to our home world.

No way. To like...the destroyed world?? Did CERES send you there or something?

It's...difficult to say. I woke up back home, and life went on as if I had never been sent to any other world.

[Edgeworth sounds genuinely puzzled. Why did he get sent home...twice? Was CERES supposedly able to stabilize his world yet again?]

But wouldn't that mean our world is totally cool and not destroyed?

[It doesn't account for weird timeline-related things with their other LA friends and acquaintances, but he's not thinking about that right now.]

The last time I went home, which was in October, Vincere claimed that they managed to stabilize the code for our world for a short while.

But I don't believe his story.

[Edgeworth doesn't believe a lot of things easily, does he?]

You mean that dude who just up and disappeared? Or...got killed...? What even happened to him again?

[All Larry remembers is a lot of weird crap happening with CERES and then all of the sudden that Mosley guy kept popping up.]

But stabilizing code, huh... I don't even know how the heck that could even work, 'specially since I barely understand the whole code thing in the first place.

Still though...if they didn't do that, then how else did you get back home and it wasn't all messed up?

Maybe it was a glitch in the system that sent me home. This wasn't the first time I ended up home.

[Of all people, why did it happen to him this often? Twice was certainly often enough.]

No way! When was the first time?? Did it happen to anyone else from home...?

[It's never happened to him, he knows that for sure! A glitch does sound the most likely scenario though...however crazy it sounds.]

It was at the end of October last year. And as far as I know...I don't think so.

[He's quite certain that everyone from their world who was sent home would stay there for much longer than three days by Cerealian time.]
