It's called arthritis. And 50 is still young-- that's why it's called middle age. The only time these supposed complications happen is if you don't know how to take care of your body, or it's a genetic condition. Besides, the average age of these symptoms showing is much older than that.

Unless Earth humans are different from those in my world. [Probably a kinder way of saying 'genetically inferior'.] If you're so worried about the future, then why not just give yourself the best quality of life possible? Old age is inevitable for some, and it's best to leave the world without any regrets.
